Order Placing and Shipping

Most in-stock credit approved orders are shipped within 24 hours of them being placed. Please consult your customer service representative for current processing time. Additions to orders already placed will be considered a “new order” and written as a new purchase order. All merchandise will be shipped EXW, and customer is responsible for freight.


If you did not receive a confirmation, we did not receive your order. Next Level Apparel will not pay for expedited shipments on orders that were not confirmed. Please contact your customer service representative if you did not receive a confirmation.

Shipping Issues

Next Level Apparel will not be responsible for non-delivery, delay, loss, or damages during shipment. All merchandise will be shipped EXW. Customer is responsible for freight.

Signature Required

Next Level Apparel will require signatures on all shipments sent.

Shipping Discrepancies

Due to possible human error, it is the buyer/consignee's responsibility to verify that the merchandise received matches what was ordered and to resolve any claims with Next Level before garments are altered. Next Level will not accept any claims due to incorrect shipments if garments are altered.

Return & Exchange Policy

  • All claims for shortages, damages, defects etc. must be made within 72 hours of receipt of merchandise.

  • Returns must be authorized by in advance, by phone or web, and within 14 days of receipt of merchandise.

  • No merchandise will be accepted for return after 15 days from the date of receipt of the merchandise.

  • Cancelled orders, returns of unwanted merchandise, returns due to customer error, refused or unclaimed COD, or unclaimed pickup orders are subject to a 15% restocking fee based on the quantity and nature of the returned products plus applicable shipping charges. There is a minimum restocking fee of $5.00.

  • Valid returns made via’s online returns will not incur a restocking fee unless mmttshirts believes in its sole discretion that you are abusing the return policy.

  • Freight on returns made via will be paid by us unless in our sole discretion, we instruct you to keep the merchandise rather than return it to us.

  • Freight on all returns not made via must be prepaid by you.

  • Returns without original corresponding invoice number(s) will be credited at the lowest published price.

  • Discontinued or closeout items are not returnable.

  • Altered or embellished products are not returnable excluding irregulars.

  • Defective merchandise must have tape placed over the flaw before returning.

  • It is the responsibility of the buyer to verify the accuracy of style, color, size and quantity on orders shipped to parties other than the buyer prior to decorating.
